Christian is working hard here to make sure that the boy-kitty is all covered up... You wouldn't want your boy-kitty getting cold! The kitty sure puts up with a lot - we think that he secretly loves it - because everytime you turn around, he's sitting next to Christian - even though Chrisitian is always pulling on him, covering him up, trying to ride him, etc. 

Christian, playing the part of Baby Jesus...We have a new book about baby Jesus and Mary - Christian loves to read it over and over, and plays the part :o) 

The family Choo-Choo! The boys love to use chairs, pillow, laundry baskets, etc. to create choo-choo trains - and this is what they came up with when Nana and Papa were visiting on Sunday (6/26).

Riding the "Daddy Horse"... The boys love to play this game - no, it is not tiring at all. 

It has been some time since we last updated our Blog...But all has been just great in the life of Christian and Luisy!

They have been so busy at their school and are having so much fun this summer! So far, in the first four weeks of summer, they have seen a magic show, a zoo keeper came to visit with real animals (hedgehog, snake, hawk, lizard, and a fox). They have also seen two science shows, and have a weekly gymnastics class! They have also been enjoying water day every Wednesday - the school rents a water jumper (you know, the jumpers that people rent for b-day parties) - well, they make them so that you can hook up the hose and there is a water slide, etc.! The boys just love it, especially Christian!

Christian and Luisy have both been pretty healthy - some colds, but not much to speak of! They have been growing up so quickly that it would take mommy days to put it all into words...But pretty much - Christian talks - all of the time - whatever he wants to say, he knows the words for it! They are both learning more and more Spanish all of the time - since mommy and daddy both speak Spanish - they are trying hard to teach the boys!

Luisy got his own computer hooked up about a month ago and enjoys playing Dora games, and "checking his email" - he likes to pretend he's checking email - he's actually writing in Word. Christian doesn't care much for the computer yet, but we're sure his day will come soon.

We've been enjoying another hot summer in Arizona - not much rain to speak of, but mommy and daddy worked hard and got the backyard sprinklers fixed (on their own!) and now our grass in nice and soft and green! Luisy and Christian have their own miniature shovels, and whenever mommy and daddy work in the yard, they love to pitch in and help out!

The boys also officially moved out of their cribs (which had been converted to toddler beds for the most part) and mommy picked up two little, white toddler beds - nice and low to the ground. Easy to get in and out of, nice and safe and cute as could be! They boys love sharing a room and they have been learning the joys of playing in the room...getting it nice and messy!

The boys have been to two movies already this summer! First, they saw Over the Hedge, and then we went to see Cars! They enjoyed the movie - and Christian especially loved the popcorn! He can eat a whole small popcorn all by himself...Luisy likes the chocolate-covered raisins and enjoys the loud sounds and music.
