We just wanted to check in and let everyone know that the life of Luisy and Christian is just peachy. We're both healthy and just plain old having fun!!

Christian and Luisy moved in together!! This was a major milestone for the family since Luisy has pretty much been sleeping in mommy and daddy's room and/or bed since he was born. Luisy just LOVES being in the room with Christian - Christian, on the other hand has always been a quiet, calm sleeper and is woken up pretty much nightly by Luisy (who respects no one's sleep!) Mommy was pretty lonely in the room those first few nights, but we all know its a positive move!

Luisy is just a doll... We ate dinner with Nana and Papa tonight and when we were getting ready to go, Luisy said to his Nana, "can you ride me out to the truck," - he wanted to ride in Grandma's chair outside... rather than walk - and then, when mommy came to pick him up to put him into the truck, he said so lovingly to his Nana, "just a little bit longer, Nana?" How could she say no, so Luisy got one more song before we went on the road.

Christian just adores Elmo right now - I think most one to two-year-olds do... And so mommy picked up a book that has the little buttons that he can push for sounds along with the story... he just loves it and it CRACKS him UP! He pushes the button, Elmo squeals, and he just laughs from the bottom of his belly... and pushes it over and over...

So... Thats a very short bit of what has been going on - Mommy is just so darn busy with work and school and the house that there just isn't much time for Blogs... maybe in May when Mommy graduates there will be a bit more time to share stories again!!!

Luisy's special quote (when mommy asked Luisy if he napped today at school): "Ahhh, I don't know...Josh was saying, Tayton... wake up..." He was actually passing the buck and blaming his friend Josh for waking up his other little Buddy, Tayton... Ms. Gloria said that Luisy was the one waking people up at nap time... what a story teller!!!

Christian's special quote (when mommy asked him if he was ready for a bath): "Ya, bath." Said along with the cutest head-nod in the world!
