Hello to all of our family and friends!

Luisy and Christian are doing great (when are they not?!). We stayed home most of the day - Luisy has some strange stomach thing going on... We're not sure what it is... Here's hoping it passes quickly.

Christian and Luisy and Mommy had a wonderful afternoon - after they woke up from their naps - we played outside and had a picnic. Mommy made peanut butter and honey toasted sandwiches. When Mommy went into the house to get another sandwich, Christian climbed out of his own chair, and up into Luisy's... Mommy came back out and Luisy was sharing his sandwich with Christian, who was sitting in his lap. Luisy would give him a kiss on the head on and off and say, "I love you, my cutie."

In between screaming, playing, and pulling toys out of each other's hands, the boys really do get along famously. They try to share, and if you can distract one of them to give up their toy to the other for something else (you know, like a bribe...) they do even better with sharing!!

Luisy is getting to be so responsible. He helped Mommy make a pot of rice. He measured out scoops of dry rice into the rice cooker, and then helped turn the water on and swish it around to wash it, got a teaspoon of salt, and pushed the button on the rice cooker to start the actual cooking. He really enjoyed his bowl of rice, probably more than usual, as he'd helped cook it!

Christian is also becoming more and more independent (if that is possible - he's always been so independent)... he likes to try to put on his own socks (just about the cutest thing you have EVER seen) and says, "ocks, mine!" He also knows how to sort his own shoes from his brothers and put them each away in their respective baskets by the front door.

Well... We're looking forward to a healthier day tomorrow! Hope you are all doing great! We wish that you'd come and visit us soon before the sun gets too hot again!!!
